Amuser

The positioning of Amuser in Telco and VAS Premium markets is based on the achievement of the application platform called MultiMedia Service Platform (MMSP).

Each release of MMSP enables the delivery of a catalogue of multimedia Service Frameworks (voice, SMS / MMS, Web, video ,...).

Each Service Framework is the template of a class of services, designed to be instantiated to allow rapid and extensive configurability according to the specific requirements of the customer.

The roadmap of the platform and Service Frameworks proceeds in synchrony with the evolution of technology and infrastructure of  Amuser service centres and processes of OA&M support.

The MMSP is designed using open and distributed architecture, characterized by a clear functional separation of layers and designed to evolve, in terms of aggregation of new functional components of service (Service Enablers) and new interfaces (Network Interfaces) to access and delivery services.
